Abstract

This study aims to examine and determine the effect of accounting information systems on business decision-making in Kendari City. The variables in this study consist of the accounting information system as the independent variable, and business decision-making as the dependent variable. The study used a random sampling technique with a total of 90 samples at the UMK in the culinary field in Kendari City. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire using quantitative methods.  The data analysis method is a simple linear regression with the help of the SPPS version 25 application. The results of this study indicate that the influence of accounting information systems has a positive and significant effect on business decision-making, especially in the culinary field in Kendari City, meaning that the better the application of accounting information systems, the better in business decision-making.
