Abstract

Pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui peningkatan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) Kabupaten Maros Sulawesi Selatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis strategi peningkatan produktivitas usaha dan keberlanjutan UMKM. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif, serta data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, survei, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi yang dibarengi dengan inovasi teknologi akan mendorong peningkatan produktivitas usaha ekonomi dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Kebijakan pemerintah, dukungan modal usaha, dan penguatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap pengembangan UMKM. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, strategi pertumbuhan ekonomi berbasis inovasi teknologi direkomendasikan untuk pengambilan keputusan pemerintah sebagai upaya peningkatan produktivitas usaha ekonomi masyarakat di Kabupaten Maros.
